Prices Per Night
Private Studio Apartment: Queen-sized bed, private bath, kitchenette, private entrance and deck, twin-sized daybed, flat-screen television with Roku Guest, DVD, and Wi-Fi. All utensils, dishes, pots & pans, towels and linens are included. Accommodates 2 or 3 people. Price: $190 per night.
Baseball Hall of Fame Induction in July: $250 per night (Friday check-in/Monday checkout). 3 night minimum.
Daily maid service and meals are not included.
Guests staying more than one (1) night may be asked to sign an Occupancy Agreement. Stays of more than three (3) nights will be asked to provide a Security Deposit.
Peak Season:
Per Night Memorial Day to Labor Day: Two-night minimum (Friday 4:00 pm through Sunday 10:00 am); single or double occupancy.
Off-Peak Season:
Per Night After Labor Day through October 31: (Friday 4:00p.m. through Sunday 10:00 am); single or double occupancy.
Signed Rental Agreement and refundable security deposit for stays of three (3) nights or more is required.
All prices are per night, double occupancy & subject to 6% Local Lodging Tax. A $25 cleaning fee will be added per stay. We accept all major credit cards.
The Wheelhouse Studio is an owner-occupied property. All rooms are smoke free and not wheelchair accessible. No Pets Allowed. Daily maid service and meals are not included.
A 10% Donation of daily room rental rate to New York Firefighters Burn Foundation or Wounded Warrior Project will be made for reservations made by Firefighters or Military Personnel.
